Iranian people visit the martyrs and the passed-away relatives’ graves prior to the Persian New Year.

Traditionally, Iranians have always believed that they are supposed to visit the deceased loved ones just as we pay a visit to the living ones.

This beautiful tradition is observed every year during the last Thursday of the year.
